We’ve got a great week lined up, 2 repeat Strength benchmarks and 2 Power workouts.
Monday
We start the week off with an Armor workout and Strength session, both focused on building our core strength and hip mobility.
Tuesday
On Tuesday we will be re-testing our pressing strength & endurance and then working to building that pressing ability and lower back strength in our first Power workout of the week.
Wednesday
By mid-week we will have our 2nd Armor workout of the week, focused on our leg strength & endurance as well as upper body pulling muscles. This workout will be followed by a Strength session with the same focus.
Thursday
On Thursday we have our only Durability Day of the week – focused on the strength of our posterior chain and upper body pressing capability.
Friday
We begin to close out the week with another re-test. This time it’s our upper body pulling strength & endurance. We then take on our 2nd Power workout of the week, emphasizing our pulling strength and knee strength/health.
Saturday
We close out the week on Saturday with an Armor workout and Strength session, both focused on our core strength and hip mobility.
