Our Founder

Clint Cox

Clint started working with high school and collegiate athletes in February 2010. Although this was incredibly rewarding work, he always found himself drawn to working with adults to maintain and improve their quality of life. This was, in part, influenced by his becoming a father late in 2010. With the birth of his son, his own fitness goals shifted toward longevity and quality of life. Clint, along with his wife Rachel, went all-in with a brick and mortar location in July 2013. Since then, he has affiliated with CrossFit and built an outstanding team of knowledgeable and caring coaches. In his spare time, you can find Clint playing in the gym, kayaking, camping, or spending time with his family (he is currently his daughter’s favorite jungle gym).

Wyde Edwards III

As a multi-sport athlete from a young age, Wyde has always loved being active. In high school, he learned as much as he could from the athletic trainers on his football team and knew that's what he wanted to do with his life. As he neared his college graduation, he switched from athletic training to fitness training.

He found his calling in helping people learn to get and stay healthy, and live long-lasting lives.

Whether he’s leading PT sessions or group classes, he makes sure that everyone is having a good time! He regularly jokes with members and breaks out dancing during rest breaks. He truly embodies the mindset that fitness can be fun, too!

When he’s not in the gym, Wyde likes to spend his time as a role model to his nephews and younger brothers.
