This Week at Penance (11/20 – 11/25)

Short week ahead for Penance Achieve classes as we will be closing Thursday through Sunday for some much needed family time for our staff. Hoping to see as many people as possible in classes Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, and wishing everyone a happy & safe Thanksgiving.

Monday

We begin this short week with a fast-paced Armor workout and a slower dedicated strength session – both focused on building core strength as well as hip & shoulder mobility.

Tuesday

On Tuesday we have an Armor workout and dedicated strength session – both focused on our upper body pressing strength & endurance, as well as our lower back strength & health.

Wednesday

We have a strength benchmark to retest, followed by a Power workout that is focused on our leg strength and upper body pulling musculature.

Thursday – Sunday

Spend time with your friends and family, even better if you can get outside and use the strength & capacity that you’ve been working hard to build in the gym!
