Would You Have Ignored This 20 Years Ago?

Old age—and everything we associate with it: pain, weakness, and a lack of capacity—sneaks up on us.
It happens so slowly, we don’t notice until one day we wake up and wonder if it’s too late to do anything about it.

But ask yourself this:
If 10, 20, or 30 years ago you had woken up feeling like you do today…
Would you have done something about it?

Most people would.
Because if the stiffness, the soreness, the fatigue, and the struggle to do basic things came on overnight, it would be a red flag. A wake-up call.

But when it happens gradually, we call it “normal aging.” We accept it.
We shouldn’t.

Strength, energy, and capacity are not just for the young. You can build them at any age—but you have to start.

If you would’ve taken it seriously 20 years ago, take it seriously now.
It’s not too late.
You just have to begin.
