The recent surge in interest was incredible—and humbling. But the challenge wasn’t space or equipment. It was our ability to onboard each new member the right way.
At Penance Gym, every client deserves more than just a spot in class. They deserve real coaching from day one. That means every new member goes through a structured introduction to our training system, whether they’re starting in personal training or small group classes.
We simply reached our limit in how many people we could personally and properly introduce to the gym at one time. And rather than compromise on quality, we hit pause and started a waitlist.
