Step One: The No-Sweat Consultation
We don’t do sales pressure. We start with a simple conversation—what we call a No-Sweat Consultation.
You’ll meet with Theresa, our General Manager, in our office (not on the gym floor). She’ll take the time to learn about you—your goals, your medical history, your lifestyle, your experience with fitness, and what you hope to get out of working with a coach. Nothing is too small or too personal if it helps us better understand your story.
This isn’t a workout. It’s a chance to talk honestly about where you are now and where you want to go.
Step Two: Ask Us Anything
Once we understand more about you, it’s your turn.
You can ask anything—about our gym, our training programs, our coaching style, our schedule, our rates—whatever you need to make a confident, informed decision.
We’ll always give you straight answers, even if that means we’re not the right fit for you. That’s important to us.
Step Three: Your Personalized Path Forward
If it feels like a good fit, we’ll walk you through what your personal path looks like:
- Which program makes the most sense for your goals and starting point
- What kind of support you can expect from us
- What the investment looks like
- And how to begin that first step toward lasting progress
