When Brady first came to us, he weighed 342.7 pounds with a body fat percentage of 31%. At his most recent scan, he was down to 301.4 pounds at 20.4% body fat. That’s a major transformation — not just in weight, but in body composition, energy, and capacity.

What makes this even more impressive is that the numbers don’t tell the whole story. Since his most recent scan, Brady has continued his momentum and dropped even further, down to around 295 pounds. And through all of it, he’s gotten stronger, built muscle, and improved his work capacity.
