Technique Tuesday (a day late)

Since we’ve had an influx of new members recently, we thought there was no better time to compile a library of how-to videos.  They’ll focus on proper form and technique and will showcase both weighted and non-weighted movements that members and guests should expect to see in the box.

We wanted to do this for two reasons – First, it will help our newer members feel more prepared when they come into a class where they know there will be a movement they haven’t attempted before; and Second, it will be a great resource for our veteran members to refresh movements they may not have done recently.
