Sandbag Front Squat- Technique Tuesday

For our Technique Tuesday this week we’re going to use a movement that we are actually using in our Fitness classes today… The Sandbag Bear Hug Front Squat!

This is 1 of Coach Clint’s favorite movements to build up strength and stability in the hips, core, and lower back. This is also a great drill to teach how to squat with a neutral spine.
