Paleo Chili

Paleo Chili

Be aware, this had a little bit of spice to it.

Ingredients:
3 pounds ground beef
2 Tbsp minced garlic
1 large white onion, finely diced
2 cups celery, diced
1 cup carrot, diced
2 14oz cans stewed tomatoes (Mexican)
2 10oz cans Rotel
1 15oz can tomato sauce

Seasonings:
3 Tbsp Chili powder
1 Tbsp oregano
1 Tbsp basil
1 tsp salt
1.5 tsp black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
.5 tsp Cayenne pepper
** I eyeballed a few of my seasonings, sorry.

Instructions:
1. Saute onions and garlic together over medium heat until onions are translucent and tender.
2. Add ground beef and cook until brown. Drain excess fat from pan.
3. Move beef, onions, and garlic to slow cooker, add veggies and spices and stir.
4. Set slow cooker to low and cook for 6 hours.
