What three things would people be shocked to learn about me? I am an introvert. I’ve been a vegan since July. I love to read (I’ve always had a dream to write a book).

What are your most and least favorite Fitness movements? Favorite movements; back squats, wall balls, and Fight Gone Bad-style workouts. Least favorite movements; pull-ups – and everyone knows I HATE running!

How has Fitness affected your life outside of the gym? The biggest way Fitness has changed me outside the gym is through the friendships I’ve made and we continue that outside the box.  I also feel like Fitness has brought me out of my shell some. 

What was your favorite childhood movie? The Jungle Book

What is your favorite drink? Beer (Stone, Abita Purple Haze, Wiseacre, all the beers)

-What’s the last book you read? In the Middle of Two, Justin Cronin’s Passage trilogy, and Learning to Breathe Fire by J.C. Herz – an AWESOME Fitness book everyone should read

What’s your favorite life quote? I’ve never really had a quote to live by, but the older I get, these tend to stick with me.

What are your plans for the future? Raise up my kids the best I can, travel a lot, and continue this Fitness journey as far as I can.
