Foundations is our beginner program, written to allow anyone to come in (off the couch!) and teach them what they need to know in order to be ready to begin their fitness journey at Fitness Penance.
And after 4 months, we have brought it back!
Foundations is a 2 week course designed to bring anyone up to speed on the movements and lingo used in our normal Fitness classes. Along with this you will receive nutrition information and guidance to better help you reach your fitness goals. whether they are to lose weight, build muscle, or just be able to play with your kids without needing an oxygen mask afterwards!
With your enrollment in the 2 week Foundations course, we also throw in a week of Unlimited Fitness classes!
When- Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 7pm (starting 12/12/16).
Who- Class will be instructed by Coach Stephanie.
Cost- Only $75 (this is a discounted price – and we only have a limited number of them available!)
