I believe those that are consistently healthy carve out some slice of time almost everyday for something to improve their health.

They have realized that they don’t have to adhere to strict schedules of 1-2 hours in the gym everyday in order to make progress toward where they want to be.

They get what they can every day – it might be no more than 10 minutes, might be only 5.

And if they have absolutely no time, they will still make smart choices with their food for that day – It’s not an “all or nothing” mentality.

Their success is built upon thousands of tiny wins, that compound to move them toward better health.
