Bring-A-Friend Week

Once a month, we open up our doors to our members’ friends and family – and the community at large – to come in and try us out.  We believe that fitness can also be fun.  We make sure that our members get a good workout in a fun, friendly atmosphere.

This week is Bring-A-Friend week.  All the way through Saturday’s 10am class.  Come in.  Bring your friends.  But be prepared to have a good time.
