Do Work Bootcamp

WE’RE EXCITED TO BE INTRODUCING OUR BRAND NEW BOOTCAMP CLASSES STARTING ON SEPTEMBER 12TH.

 

WHAT IS BOOTCAMP?

Bootcamp is a fitness regimen modeled after old school military style workouts. They can be as intense as the participant wants to make it and are usually a mix of strength training and calistenics. The Fitness Penance Bootcamp class will be all body-weight movements – push ups, squats, lunges, etc – that focus on building strength and increasing endurance.

WHAT’S SO GREAT ABOUT BOOTCAMP?

-Classes require little or no special equipment – your body is all you need and every workout can be scaled to any fitness level.

– Classes are done in a group setting which creates camaraderie among members.

 

WHY IS OUR BOOTCAMP CLASS DIFFERENT?

We know people are prepared to get healthy in all different stages of their lives. Our Bootcamp class is designed to be scaled to each individual’s fitness level. We’re ready to meet you where are and be there with you every step of your fitness journey.

Bootcamp cycles will last six weeks with classes being held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 7pm. Bootcamp cycles can be repeated for members to continue mastering the strength and endurance movements.

While we are providing this class in our Fitness gym, this Bootcamp class is not an introduction to Fitness and there will never be any pressure to transfer to the Fitness classes – although you would certainly be welcomed to switch!
