Healthy habits that start young, are the easiest habits to maintain. We believe this so strongly, that Coach Steph went through the rigorous process to get our new Fitness Kids program going. The class will cater to kids 5-12 and will be structured to meet their specific physical needs, while maintaining a fun atmosphere. Steph will lead the kids through a warm-up, workout and game every class time.
The 6 week Fall Course starts August 27th.
