Ignite Fitness

Now that summer has hit and schedules are hopefully slower, we have opened up two additional Ignite Fitness class times.  For 30 minutes, twice per week, our instructors lead fitness beginners through a warm-up and workout designed to get your body in the habit of becoming more physical.  Our classes are small groups learning to love physical activity together and creating bonds that transcend the gym.
